BACKGROUND

The Fazer Experience Centre in Vantaa opens its doors to the delicious world of Finland’s largest and most beloved food and confectionery brand. It is a destination well worth seeing; however, due to its remote location, our challenge was to drive high visitor volume while simultaneously showcasing the expertise of the guides, the iconic landmarks, and the variety of activities available.

APPROACH

To build a vibrant content calendar, we developed several concepts that reveal the world of Fazer in diverse ways. During the summer holidays, when parents are often looking for ways to combat boredom, we brought the centre’s mascot, Migu the Bunny, to life to lead audiences toward a "sweet day" at the Fazer premises.

For more educational content, we introduced a concept that puts Fazer’s guides in the spotlight to promote upcoming events, such as Wellness Day. In these segments, guides share three facts—some true and some false—engaging the audience directly with the topic at hand.

Finally, because the Experience Centre is a place to release your inner child, we leaned into the wonder of animation. We collaborated with a local animator @northandart to bring the magic of Fazer to life, showing what a winter holiday at the centre would look like if it were reimagined as an anime movie. No AI used.
